Food Pantry Sponsorship

Every dollar designed for the Food Pantry goes to the operation of the pantry. This includes food, utility and maintenance expenses, and salaries for two people. (The vast amount of the work done in the pantry is performed by volunteers.) Every dollar donated the CEC Food Pantry is enough to purchase 7 pounds of food from the Tarrant Area Food Bank.

Food Pantry sponsors can either donate $50/month or more to the food pantry and/or hold a food drive for the benefit of the food pantry at least once a year that provides at least 2,500 pounds of food.
